Outdoor Education NSW prides itself on being able to cater to all students needs and medical conditions. Whilst we have set menu’s that we follow each week, care is taken to ensure that those requiring a special diet are given foods as closely matching to those served to other students.

Nut allergies are one of the most common forms of dietary / medical conditions we face at camp. We have been avoiding all products containing nuts for many years now and will continue to do so. Whilst we can’t control what other students bring to camp we can assure you that all care is taken when preparing food for these students and avoiding cross contamination.

Each week we cater for a wide rage of diets and medical requirements. These are given to us by the school and handed down to the kitchen who prepare meals accordingly so its important to give your school as much information as possible.

If you feel more comfortable sending your own food along for your child then you are welcome to do so. We recommend packing it in their own small esky which will be stored in our cool room for the duratin of camp. Ideally each days food is labelled for when you would like it to be prepared for your child

We have a set menu that we follow each week to keep things standardised. However, unfortuantely at times our supplies are unable to deliver us certain products and we need to make changes. When this occurs we take all consideration of any dietary needs / medical conditions
